In the event you should arrive before check-in time and
your room is not available for immediate occupancy, luggage
storage is available for your convenience. If you experience
any delays on the morning of check-out, please contact the
Front Desk for assistance.
Parking: Daily parking fee is $9.00 +
tax.
Age Requirement Policy: Guest must be at
least 21 years of age.
Pet Policy: Only pets that are used as
Service Animals are allowed as required by the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Note: Animals must not be left unattended in rooms.
ADA Accommodation: are available upon
request. Please contact hotel directly for availability.
Smoking: All Guest Rooms are Non Smoking.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable
to travel for any reason and/or cannot arrive on the date
reserved and to avoid a one (1) night cancellation fee your
reservation must be cancelled 48-hours prior to arrival
date.
Rollaways: Are available upon request;
Nightly fee is $20.00 + tax.
Cribs: Complimentary.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?
Millie's Restaurant provides room service at the Tropicana Inn
& Suites. Enjoy the convenience of in room dining for
breakfast, lunch and dinner at the touch of a button. In
addition to Millie's, there are several different eating
establishments within walking distance of the hotel in
addition to many other fine dining establishments locally,
including Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen® and House of Blues®
located in Downtown Disney®

IS THE DISNEYLAND®
RESORT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE HOTEL?
Yes. Using the crosswalk adjacent to the hotel allows for
quick access to the Disneyland® Resort.
Most guests can walk from the hotel to the Resort in
approximately 5 minutes. This can save time as there is no
need to wait for a shuttle bus and allows you more time
inside the park without the worry of missing a shuttle.

DO YOU HAVE A SWIMMING
POOL?
Yes! The Tropicana Inn and Suites features a heated outdoor
Olympic sized pool with a depth from 3 to 8 1/2 feet. A
large Jacuzzi is located adjacent to the pool. Surrounding
the pool you will find relaxing chaise lounges for sunning
or relaxing. Located in the center of the hotel with gated
access for child security.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY
IN ONE ROOM?
For comfort and safety, a maximum of five (5) people are
permitted in Deluxe Rooms with two beds, a maximum of three
(3) people in Deluxe Rooms with one bed.

Wireless Internet is available in all guest rooms. The cost
is $9.95 for a 24 hour period. The Wireless Internet
Service begins from the time you start your Internet
