In the event you should arrive before check-in time and
your room is not available for immediate occupancy, luggage storage is
available for your convenience. If you experience any delays on the morning
of check-out, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.
Child Policy: Children 17 and under free when accompanied
by adult.
Pet Policy: Only pets that are used as Service Animals
are allowed as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Animals must not be left unattended in rooms.
Handicapped Accommodations: Available
Smoking: Non Smoking rooms are by request and subject
to availability. During periods of high occupancy, priority
is given to guests with medical conditions that warrant
special attention. Requests for Non Smoking that are not
for medical conditions are based on availability. Ninety-five
percent of our rooms are non-smoking. Every effort is made
to accommodate all guest requests for non smoking. We thank
you for your understanding in advance. Non Smoking rooms
can now be confirmed, subject to availability, for the
Tropicana Inn & Suites
by making reservations toll free at 800-828-4898.
Cancellation Policy: The Hotels cancellation policy
for reservations guaranteed with a Credit Card or Advance
Deposit is 48 hours in advance of arrival date. If you
are unable to travel for any reason and/or cannot arrive
on the date reserved, please contact the hotel directly
by email or telephone or your Travel Agent for assistance.
Rollaways: $15 + 15% Tax per night
Cribs: $5 + 15% Tax per night

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?
Millie's Restaurant provides room service at the Tropicana Inn & Suites.
Enjoy
the convenience of in room dining for breakfast, lunch and
dinner at the touch of a button. In addition to Millie's,
there are several different eating establishments within walking distance of
the hotel in addition to many other fine dining establishments locally, including
Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen® and House of Blues® located in Downtown Disney®

DO YOU SELL DISNEYLAND® TICKETS?
Guests may purchase Disneyland Resort Park Hopper® tickets
by visiting the Guest Relations Counter or the Front Desk.
2, 3 & 4 Day Park Hopper® tickets offer admission
into both parks in addition to park hopping. Park Hopper® tickets
are available at Disneyland® Good Neighbor Hotels. One Day
Passports for either park are available at the Disneyland
Resort. Park Hopper® tickets expire 13 days after first
visit and are not transferable. Avoid lines at the Resort
by purchasing your Park Hopper® tickets at the hotel.

Acting as an agent for Coach USA / Tour-West, tours can
be arranged at the hotel for all tours offered for guests
of the Anaheim Resort area. Reservations are required in
advance and payment can be made to the hotel. For more

CLEANING FACILITIES?
Yes. Guest Coin Laundry is available from 7AM until 10PM
(longer if needed) 7 days a week. Dry Cleaning service

The Hotel does not provide transportation to the airport.
Service is available with Airport Bus or Super Shuttle offering
one-way and round-trip transportation for a fee.

WHAT DO YOU SERVE FOR CONTINENTAL
BREAKFAST?
Our complimentary "Morning Refreshment" includes
orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade and choice
of pastry (Danish, Muffin, or Croissant). Service available
7 days from 7AM until 10 AM.
Items not included complimentary are available for a nominal
fee of $1.00 per item. Items may vary by season and are

IS THE DISNEYLAND® RESORT
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE HOTEL?
Yes. Using the crosswalk adjacent to the hotel allows for
quick access to the Disneyland® Resort. Most guests
can walk from the hotel to the Resort in approximately
5 minutes. This can save time as there is no need to wait
for a shuttle bus and allows you more time inside the park
without the worry of missing a shuttle.

reservations and tickets to most attractions that will compare

DO YOU HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
Yes! The Tropicana Inn and Suites features a heated outdoor
Olympic sized pool with a depth from 3 to 8 1/2 feet. A
large Jacuzzi is located adjacent to the pool. Surrounding
the pool you will find relaxing chaise lounges for sunning
or relaxing. Located in the center of the hotel with gated
access for child security.

DO YOU HAVE CONNECTING /
ADJOINING ROOMS?
Yes. Rooms that have a door between rooms are connecting
rooms. Rooms that do not have a connecting door are adjoining
rooms. Requests for connecting and/or adjoining rooms are
based on availability.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY
IN ONE ROOM?
For comfort and safety, a maximum of five (5) people are
permitted in Deluxe Rooms with two beds, a maximum of three
(3) people in Deluxe Rooms with one bed.

DO YOU HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET?
Wireless Internet is available in all guest rooms. The cost is $9.95 for a 24 hour period.
The Wireless Internet Service begins from the time you start your Internet Connection Service
with the hotel.
